This is for the world to heal!

Towards the end of 2019, the natural mystics in the air brought us to gather for an impromptu session at The Church of St Mary, the tall spire of this fabulous early medieval building in Kiddlington, Oxfordshire, England. It is an important village that also inspired the creation of Gado-Gado Ensambal, home to our Jon Kuah.

This is a great reminder for all of us, how precious moments like this in life are often taken for granted. Cherish the moments you have with your loved ones, we are not alone. Mauliate!

Gondang si Pala-Pala is transcribed and arranged by Boo-boo Sianturi and Anwar Baadila, originally derived from the song that accompanies the Palawija traditional dance of Bandaneira (the amboneses use Tifa and Totobuang as instruments) AND Gondang Pangharoanan from Gondang Hasapi of the Parmalim of North Sumatera (in respect to the Sipaha Sada new year ceremony in Hutatinggi, Laguboti, Toba Samosir). This is the very first arrangement we ever had and one day the boat trip (sailing) from Bandaneira to Toba must be done, and everyone is welcome to hop on board with us!
